Blockbuster Rebrand

I decided to touch up the now defunct brand Blockbuster. My goal was to modernize the brand while paying homage and tapping into that nostalgia factor. The logo was redone and streamlined alongside a new bolder blue and yellow colour palette. This revived Blockbuster would have been a new streaming platform. I decided to create an intro animation which mimics old VHS style intros before transitioning into a new modern intro. Again trying to tap into that nostalgia factor. I also created a mockup of a 3D installation that would have been used to promote the brand. It would have been interactive, allowing people to walk in front and interact with the installation.
